Construction of a new build farm, excavating a new roadway for access from the road to the new yard location. Excavation works for the new yard and buildings’ ground preparations, followed by pouring the concrete foundations to enable installation of the columns for the Agricultural Barn and Horticultural Barn. Installation of the frame, roof, guttering, vented timber cladding, panelling and gates for both buildings. As well as laying reinforced concrete strips and chalk for the flooring base inside the buildings. Further works for new services involved working with the power provider and trenching for new connections. Additionally, supply and installation of foul drains, mains water, rain water pipework system and a land drainage system to drain water away from newly created hard standings.
